How I work (methods and tools)
I work in the method of psychodynamic therapy. TFP referral (transfer focus transfer therapy) This is a modified psychodynamic therapy based on psychoanalysis. It is designed to treat severe personality disorders. First of all - borderline disorders - actually borderline disorder, schizoid, schizotypal, histrionic, paranoid, hypochondriac, and, of course, narcissistic. It also helps to find understanding of oneself and others. TFT is a scientifically based model of psychotherapy, the effectiveness of which is confirmed by research.
TFT has phases of treatment. Transference is a concept that comes from psychoanalysis and refers to the transfer or transfer of emotions, experiences and relationships with significant others from the past to the therapist. Transference can be positive (e.g., a sense of security, love rarely appears) or negative (e.g., a reaction to the therapist as an authority figure or someone from the past).
