Helping to cope with any difficulties, emotional stress, to improve mental health and develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior.

A clearer understanding of their difficulties and the factors that cause them; emotional relief: When clients share their thoughts and emotions in a supportive and non-judgmental environment, it provides them with the relief they seek; a sense of acceptance (the feeling that the professional heard what the client wanted to say) and a sense of understanding.

Confidential and safe atmosphere, complete acceptance of the client without judgment, empathic work with any difficulties and goals. Understanding of different cultures and full support of the client during the whole process of therapy.
